Heart/Breathing: Heart and lungs were clear
Abdomen: Was firm and clear of any obstruction
Genito-urinary: He has a thick penis and a large foreskin. His erection was easily maintained and blood flow to his organ was more than adequate. He delivered a good amount of semen which contained a large amount of spermatozoa as it was very white. I carried out a deep prostate exam on him, the sphincter was tight and the anus clear. The prostate was not enlarged enabling him to project.
